Your probably the coolest guy I have ever wrote to. I believe you have every right to be taxing us. The patriots are going about this wrong. I believe the 13 colonies should be happy to pay your taxes. I understand running the most powerful country in the world has its expenses.
I believe the colonies have been doing well so far. Change isn't necessary if your colonies are doing well for them selfs. Like they say if it isn't broke don't fix it.

I am a patriot, because I think every act you have passed is unfair. You use us more as resources than your people. You try to bleed as much money out of us as you can, and tell us that we cannot buy certain items, and we can only but from a certain place. You tell us what to do with OUR money.
it is unfair that you have taken our land from us. Land that wasn't yours. You have caused a lot of trouble for innocent people, just to give it to someone else.
You have also taken away our right to vote, and voice our opinion. Instead, you appoint whoever you want, which may be danger to your people. well the position i'm in is a tough one. but the answer to your question is an obvious one. Yes, you did protect us. Yes, you did feed us, but what you didn't do was allow us to have freedom. You say family? i dont think family should be treated like dog, so your nowhere near close to being my family. My family is everyone that is on the Patriot side. Us all have agreed that how you treat us, and try to take over all the things we part hard work in, is wrong. We weren't offspring of another higher power, we were offspring to slaves and hard workers. The hard work we put into this place is to much for us to just let it go. Your going to have to take it from us!
