How Old is Old? *Laughs* I Defend all teens saying we are allow what we want to do. All last year Yah I saw little kids trick or treating but I saw more teens as well. Im 16 and Im going to trick or treat because its the only year you can be someone else and get a ton of free candy. But I say old is old when your 19 and older because then people might think your a Pedo or you are just very lonely.

There is no really way of being too old at all if you want to go trick-or-treating you can go it is your own choice to do so yes i do agree there are some ages that should not go out for trick-or-treating but as i said it is their own choice to go out and none can say anything about it.

I think it should be up to the parents. If the parents of teens are okay with handing out candy to other teens, then they should let their kid out. If they don't give teens candy, then they shouldn't allow their kid out. I think once you're an adult, you shouldn't go trick or treating. At that point, you're old enough to buy your own candy.

I defend teens making the choice to go trick or treating. If they really want to then that's coo but it's a little childish to want to go trick or treating at 16.

I think that the age you should stop trick or treating should be 10, But this is America, so you can do what ever you want. For all I care go trick or treating alone when you are 30. You probably wont get much candy, and a lot of evil looks from parents but who cares. Do what you want.

I think teens should be able to go trick or treating because they should be able to enjoy their last few years of freedom. Then after they turn 18 then its all work and anything but fun from then on out till death. So that is why i think teens should be able to go trick-or-treating.

How old is old? There is no old especially in timeless traditions like Halloween. I believe teenagers can go trick or treating because what is the harm? It is free candy, and a night to dress up how you want, and laugh at yourself. It is the best day of the year where everyone in the world can be who they want. Teenagers have a right to have a little fun before they have to grow up.

Teenagers should not go trick or treating because their too old to go trick or treat.

How old is to old being old dosent mean you still cant have fun. Like with trick or treating i think you can trick or treat utill 18 because you still can have fun.

Anonymous said...

Yes because i believe your never to old to have fun. I mean its your opinion i mean like you can do it if you want but i know i am because its not a every day thing.

I think too old is when you hit the age 21 because at that age you are able to buy alcohol and do everything you couldn't do as a teen because of age restrictions. In the sense of trick or treating in my opinion you are never too old to trick or treat because what if you want to go out and have some quality time with your family and get some free candy on the side as an added bonus for one time a year.

18 and up is already to old because adult won't get them candy anymore and they would said the same thing like "you to old for trick or teat." Also I think teen should go treat or treating because they only have one year to dress up into someone else and to get free candy.

I think 19 is the age. But that doesn't mean they cannot do the trick-or-treating. If they want to do it, they can do whatever if it is legal. Nobody set the age limit at trick-or-treating. And I'm going to do the trick-or-treating for the first time in my life even though I'm teems.

Yes i feel like you can do it if you want because it is a once a year event. Its the persons choice to go trick or treating or not.

I believe that every teen should be able to trick-or-treat. Us teens are at our prime time in our life and should enjoy every single second of it. Who says that we're too old to trick-or-treat? Everybody, not just teens, should go out and enjoy their life despite what others say or think!! It's our life and we want to make the best of it. Halloween night is the time to get creative and have fun in dressing up as something else. Not only costume wise, but if one is really into it, they'll even talk or act like the character or person they are trying to impersonate to make their costume the best it can be. Of course there are some limits. To obviously not be rude, or offensive and especially to not take all the candy in the bowl left outside. But there will always be those people that ruin all the fun for everybody else. Have fun on Halloween, and be safe. After all, why is it okay for adults to act childish at times? Shouldn't they be 'too old' to act like a kid? Shouldn't they be the responsible, mature adults they're stereotyped?

How old is to old ? Old is when you hit the age of 18. You're an adult.Teens should be able to go out and get free candy.

There is a line drawn somewhere, but not in the early to mid teens. even though I have not gone trick or treating in about 4 years I've been working at a local haunted house and I see kids from 6-20 years of age. I would say 21 would be old, 18 is probably when you should stop, but you could still dress up. But 13-17 is alright

I am not sure when you are too old to go trick or treating. You could make the argument that it happens the second you graduate high school, but, I do not think that it is that simple. I think that it depends on who you are and what your community believes. I think that you can continue to trick or treat until you are very old, because you can do what you think is fun. The person has the right to refuse to give you candy, but that doesn't mean you can't go. It only means that some people will find it weird and they won't give you candy.

I believe that teenagers should be able to trick or treat. I think this because it is a very good way of socializing with your friends. And we can also get an idea of who our neighbors are. and not to mention the free candy!!

I defend the statement that teens should be allowed to trick-or-treat. Halloween is a holiday and you can't forcefully take a notional holiday away from someone. This is America, were we are free to celebrate any holiday we like. If they want to dress up and parade through the neighborhood collecting candy from friendly neighbors then they should be allowed to without being turned away. However, I do believe that if someone want to go trick-or-treating the must be dressed up in a costume. If someone arrives at your door expecting free candy on Halloween, I will absolutely turn them away if they are not even dressed up.

trick or treating should have an age limit it because i feel like when your 17 or 18 you are too old to go door to door and ask for free candy i do think it is normal for people who trick or treating when they are younger

I think that old is when you feel old enough to things you want to do. Old is like 70-90 years old. Teen's can go trick-or-treating. Everybody has their own choice to trick-or-treat if they want too.

I think teens can be allowed to trick or treat on Halloween. I believe so because Halloween is a time of year when we can stop being adults in training and be kids for one night again. By saying that it is ridiculous for teens to go trick or treating and be criticized for it. All these teens are doing is trying to relive the moment where we dress up in fun costumes and go run about the neighborhood and recieve free candy. No one is too old to go trick or treating, and no one is too old to have fun.

I think Old is Old. I thinks teens should go trick or treating because it's not like a old or youth thing to do, but i recommend that we should have a chance between 5 to 18 years old but when your like 19 it's like people are going to like say that why are you adult trick or treating.

I feel like you can't really put an age on trick-or-treating. Everyone is different. I personally don't feel like anyone older than 16 should go trick-or-treating however people can do as they wish. Some older kids may complain saying that they can get free candy if they go trick-or-treating however they could just go to the store and buy a big bag of candy for $5. I personally believe that halloween is a holiday for kids and kids only.

In my opinion, teens should be able to go trick-or-treating. Some people didn't have the opportunity to do so as a young child, so trick-or-treating as a teen is like a do-over. I think you're never to old to do this because theres not really a set age, its more like a mindset.

i thing your never to old to trick or treat because you can dress and have fun dressing and go trick or treat with your family and cool makeup to make your self look cool and scary so that is what i think you can trick or treat at any age

Anonymous said...

i think that its the persons choice to go or not to go.Being old doesent mean you cant go trick or treating.

Anonymous said...

its whatever. People should know wassup by the time they hit their 20s.

Anonymous said...

I think teens can go trick-or-treating because they are still young and need to enjoy life as a teen before we become an adult. Plus its very fun to go to party for a costume contests to see who is the scrardest

I Defend all teens. Who says we cant go trick or treating. Us teens can do whatever we want and do it whenever we want. For example go trick or treating. But i feel like around 19 and older is too older for Trick Or Treating.

I believe trick or treating age limits are up for debate, but a good age to consider stopping is around 16-18. Around that peak, it is all up to the person who is actually trick or treating when they want to stop. I think that this is about the time that it becomes less fun for the TOTer (trick or treater). If the fun still remains, however, then trick or treat on! YOU GO BRO!
