DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.

I agree with this it a great writing sometimes i do wounder if it was the right call of writing it. I would write it that every one had freedom of speech and the right to bar arms and the right to care about people

The forefathers are telling us about some of our rights as citizens of the United States of America. They are saying that all people are equal and we have rights that can not be taken away. I strongly agree with this because we should all treat each other the same and we all have rights that cannot be taken away such as the freedom of speech, religion, the right to bear arms, etc. If I were writing my own Declaration of Independence I would put the same things .

1. They were basically saying that the Americans all were born with certain rights, as all men were, and all men were created equally, and any government that stands against these rights, are able to be abolished by the people.
2. I do agree with the statement, because, In my opinion it's true. People are born as people and that's how they should be treated.

Government is made to help the people not ruin them and for that the people are to do the same to government. I do agree that people should be happy and able to do things and put in a word with the government and that the government to do the same but reversed. Its a push pull effect that should exist when creating this document. i would declare equality for all people and their desired perference,they shall have fair trail that they a guilty or not, everyone can have happiness where they are,equal and fair punishment to all that are evil and kind and so on and so forwarth.

The Government has an institute of just men to give laws and and the persuit of happiness. I do not believe that only men should determine our rights and liberty i believe everyone has a voice of opinion and everyone should have their own rights.. not just the ones given because equality is essential or its like we are in those days when only men would work and women stayed home. We are people too. If i was in the process of making my own declaration of independance in that time of age i would have given women more rights because men do not declare our lives.. we as people make that decision ourselves.

All men and women are equal,men and women are all citizens of the United states, and all have the same rights and the same amount of freedom. I do agree with the declaration for allowing these rights and giving us the freedom that we deserve. If I were to re-write the constitution I would declare all of the same aspects the original declares. We have certain rights all for certain reasons.
Our fore fathers were ensuring our freedom and rights. They were saying how all the restrictions that we had before are now abolished. I totally agree with these statements that described a perfect society because it relates to all classes of a nation from poor to rich and gives everyone a voice. If I wrote my own declaration of independence I would basically say the same thing as the fore fathers were saying but I would also make sure that these ideas were enforced so people could say what ever they want.

I think that our forefathers are saying that everyone has the right to freedom. If a government is being destructive the people have the right to protect and preserve everything and everyone they love if that means abolishing the government itself and starting over so be it. They were stating that if our government is not perfect or working in any way, we the people have the right to overthrow the government and change what we do not like. I agree with what they wrote in the declaration, it's very fair. If something doesn't work for us in our country, then we should have the right to change whatever it is that isn't working. I would have no idea on how or where to start if I was writing my own declaration. But in it, I would declare that everyone is truly created equal, and that no one would be judged for their skin color, gender, or sexual orientation.

Our founding fathers were saying all men were created equal and that can abolish or alter the rights of any rule that is enforced. Yes I fully agree to what our founding fathers said because we are all created equal therefore we have the right to abolish rights to pursue happiness. The article is about that the people have to choose a new government when the old one ends. It is not everything what it looks like so do not trust everything so you should inform yourself. I agree with this article because it says you should not trust everything what people or the government tell you. And in my opinion is this right.

I believe it is fair to give our nation rights we have worked hard for and earned.If given the chance to write my own declaration I would include that school shall not start so early because students are more distracted with how they exhausted they are than with their first hour class.

they are showing that this new worlds rules are fair and just and there will be no one having more power over someone else and abusing it. They are also saying that if the government is being corrupted than the people of the nation can rise up and change it. I definitely agree with this because they are getting rid of everything they hate about England rule. I would try and make sure that i was just and fair because i wouldn't want a revolt.

I think it is right to say that the people have a right to abolish or to alter a form of government. Every person is equal and everybody should have the same rights to say their opinion.
