I don't think they should take away the right to bear arms. It's in the NATIONAL constitution.

deviantart.com

That website is blocked by the school, thus impairing our 1st ammendment rights. It is a sight to "Express yourself and artistic creations" (freedom of speech), and it is taken away from us.

These show how the right to own guns has come under a lot of competition recently that may violate 2nd amendment rights.

Well one article deals with more about the amendments then the other, the first one speaks on behalf of the history of the amendments an how many there are. the next deals with people speaking about taxes and how far we've come since the bill of rights was written.

1. I think that any ban against guns is unjust even if they are the cause of mass crimes. The right to bear arms is just as much a reason to protect your family as it is to serve your country.

2. The senator who denounced Obama in my opinion is stupid but as a citizen of the united states and under the constitution he is protected by his write to press and speech.

It is great that they make gun laws that do not infringe the second amendment. Because that many people would get angry is one of the most important amendments was infringed.

Texas soldier pleads guilty in kidnapping hoax:
5th amendment: plead the 5th! he doesnt have to talk, he doesnt have to confess, it is his choice.
it is also his 1st, freedom of speech because if he wants say he is not guilty, and is innocent then again it is his choice.

This is violating amendment 2. We should be aloud to keep the rights of bear arms for or own protection. Those that use the gun for murder should be put away. But don't take our rights away. There are lots of crazy people in the world and we need to protect ourselves and loved ones.

I personally think the people trying to pay the bill that they physically dont have is truly ridiculous because they are being charged more money because the government is the ones responsible and if we, people who own land, are protected by the first amendment why are we being charged for the governments failure.

Why would doctors banned the labels on the drugs they give us. They are violating amendment 1. The botox company have the right to put whats in the medication they are giving to people. People die from taking to medicines that are not aloud to be taking together but doctors don't tell their patients that. The are murderers.

I think that Obamas trying to use gun control is not right. People will always keep guns bad or good kinds, not to mention even if he took every gun away criminals would still find some form of means to get one.

http://www.timesfreepress.com/news/2009/sep/29/cheerleaders-religious-signs-draw-fire/

This challanges people on both sides of the fence in the 1st ammendment. I don't believe people should have religion forced on them, but I don't believe atheists shouldn't let the christians or any other religion do their own thing. I think its not right to make people pray or force religion on them so I disagree with them challenging the 1st ammendment

The school is aloud to put up banners and such during the games. Because they have the right to express there religion. Also it protects there fredom of speach.

I think banning guns is not right, people should definitely be able to bear arms, to not only feel safe but also to protect themselves.

I personally believe that this book would be a little confusing for children in elementry school. When you are young you are tought that it takes a mom and a dad to make a baby, so when you put two dads in the picture it makes it harder for parents to explain that to their kids. Though the First Amendment protects the book anyways.

http://www.firstamendmentcenter.org/speech/studentexpression/topic.aspx?topic=clothing_dress_codes_uniforms

This article really makes you think about your rights and if it is in fact violating your first amendment. I dont think it is, just because you dont have to go to a school with a dress code their for you dont have to wear that attire.

I agree with this article, people should get to marry whoever they want even if it is a little out of the ordinary, but then again out society isn't really normal anymore.

http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/news/article

Government should not take away the right to bare arms because it is in the constitution and Americans should have the right to protect themselves.

Violation of Human rights by censoring the internet: I think what they are doing is ridiculous. If they do not want the public to see confidential material over the internet, shouldn't it not be there in the first place? If you are so worried about it then keep it confidential. Its their responsibility to keep secret what they want hidden from the public, which is interesting by the way..

Okay, first off, the fact that Paris has trademarked the phrase, "that's hot" is hilarious! People say that all the time and I see it everywhere! I dont' understand how they could spend time on this case but then when Dustin Hoffman was a drag Queen on a card they denied it? That's worse then Paris portryed as a waitress on a card saying, "that's hot!"...again hilarious. Ha. Ha.
